My first experience at this clinic turned out to be exceptional. I needed a root canal treatment and a crown (which was quite frightening for me to be honest). Dr. Javad was so friendly and competent, and did the treatment in a professional manner.

I recently became a new patient at Waterloo Smiles. Everyone is so kind and professional. My appointments were very relaxing with the complementary aromatherapy and warm neck pillow. Esha did an excellent job on my cleaning, she is also extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Dr.Jalayer did a very through exam of my mouth and gave me different treatment plan options for my concerns. Overall I am extremely happy with my appointments and look forward to coming back!

I've been going to Waterloo Smiles for many years, and highly recommend Dr. Husain and the entire team. On my last visit, I was stuck in traffic coming from Toronto, and Camille stayed a half an hour longer out of her own time so that I could make my appointment. Really Camille, I can't thank you enough! Also a big thanks to Nicky and Olivia at the desk. The entire experience shows just how much the team goes above and beyond for their customers.

The dental care I got there were excellent! The staffs are so nice and polite. Dr. Husain and Hygienist Camille are very professional and patient. I used to be pretty reluctant to clean my teeth as I was scare of the operation which made me very uncomfortable. But now I started to like it. They also customize the service to meet each patient's need the most. I would be happy to refer them to my friends.
