Waterloo Smiles Dentistry has an amazing staff. I really enjoyed going to their office. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. I rather enjoy their willingness to interact with the patients and ask for feedback on how I feel about their work on my teeth. They go the extra mile with excellent communication. I’ve been a patient of Waterloo Smiles since the beginning. Previously, I was an extremely anxious patient. My dental hygienist, Pam and Dr. Husain have catered to this and have been very patient and understanding with me. With each visit, I became more and more comfortable. I never thought it would be the case: comfortable going to my dentist appointments! Excellent dental work is their top priority but their Customer Service is superior. The staff is always pleasant and I always get a follow up call before my appointments. They keep on top of the latest and greatest in the dental industry too! Other dentists may provide excellent dental care but I believe Waterloo Smiles exceeds each of them in customer service.

The dental office is my least favorite place to be but when I come to Waterloo Smiles everyone goes out of their way to lighten my mood and ease my anxiety. By the end of the visit we are always laughing. And it’s never as bad as I always think its going to be.

My two, extremely shy children always look forward to going to Dr Husain’s office. Every time we leave Waterloo Smiles, my youngest asks when her next appointment will be…inevitably she feels it’s too far in the future for her liking! Dr Husain and her staff are warm, patient and impressively intuitive with children. My husband and I have also been consistently impressed with our own dental care at Waterloo Smiles. We feel that Dr Husain and her staff really listen to their patients and welcome patients’ input in their own care. When friends or neighbours have asked for the name of a dentist we would recommend, we have confidently given them Dr Husain’s name and contact information knowing that they will receive the best possible care.
