About Your Appointment
We will make every effort to schedule your appointments at a time most convenient for you. Well planned, extended appointments usually mean fewer trips to the dental office, resulting in less time away from work, school, or home. An appointment written on our schedule with your name is a “bond of trust” that we will be here to serve you and you will be present for treatment. We try our very best to run on schedule and we ask that you do your best to be on time for your appointments
IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, WE REQUIRE 2 FULL BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE IN ORDER TO AVOID A CANCELLATION FEE. PROVIDING SUFFICIENT NOTICE WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED TO BILL FOR MISSED TIME.
Protecting Your Privacy and Health Information
At Waterloo Smiles, every team member understands that your health and personal information is private and must be protected. Protecting your privacy is an important part of our commitment to providing quality care with integrity. We promise to provide the highest level of confidentiality relative to the collection, use and disclosure of any personal information shared with us.
Emergency Care
We recognize that anyone can have an emergency situation arise and we will do our very best to respond to your needs promptly because we understand how difficult it can be to function with severe pain or discomfort. Relief of your discomfort is a top priority for us. If an emergency situation arises when our office is closed, Dr. Javad will direct you to an emergency facility in the area.
Financial Policy
At Waterloo Smiles payment is required at each dental visit. Our methods of payment include cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Interac. If you have insurance benefits, we will be happy to submit your claim electronically, however, we are unable to accept payment from the insurance company directly. Your insurance carrier will reimburse you. Should you require extensive cosmetic or restorative dentistry you may qualify for special financial arrangements based on your dental treatment. Our treatment coordinator will be happy to discuss your financial options.
